Hi brother. Just wondering, do you think it is safe to assume that he resisted God's word at the age of 39 since 2 Chron 34:1 says that he reigned for 31 years from age 8 and that incident when he resisted was also when he died?

I get your point, "A bit later:" means 13 years! So I am changing that expression to "13 years later:". Thanks for your comment.

2 Chron 35:22 "Nevertheless Josiah would not turn his face from him, but disguised himself, that he might fight with him, and hearkened not unto the words of Necho from the mouth of God, and came to fight in the valley of Megiddo."

Thanks for your reply and confirmation brother. Was afraid that I was being presumptuous by insisting on a specific time frame.
