The Pattern of Prayer

Pray as sons - Our Father
Pray as saints - Hallowed be Thy name
Pray as subjects - Thy kingdom come
Pray as servants - Thy will be done
Pray as supplicants - Give us day by day
Pray as sinners - Forgive us our sins
Pray as soldiers - Lead us not into temptation
Pray as sufferers - Deliver us from evil
